Key Responsibilities :
Assist to build and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
Support sales spiff programs by updating performance, reporting and communication to participants to drive success
Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization to enhance sales productivity
Develop sales-related resource documents, including instruction guides, procedures and policies.
Our Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the stakeholder and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives from planning through to execution.
Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving, organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
