As Executive Assistant you will play a critical role in the management and direction of the company.
Under Chef Jen’s supervision you will be the executive right arm.
You will deal directly with major restaurant and food companies.
With thoroughness and organisational skills, you will keep programs moving forward as well as keeping clients and different departments communicating effectively with each other.
Reports to : Executive Chef / CEO (EC / CEO) Uses effective communication skills (verbal, email, Slack, etc.) to process information between EC / CEO and clients or internally within company Manages customer accounts and keeps them progressing by following up with affected parties and communicating Manages project timelines for new and existing clients, as well as internal company projects Drafts client proposals and assists with editing of client contracts Takes careful notes when documentation is required Follows up with clients and employees on information and tasks designated by EC / CEO Contacts suppliers, clients, employees and other offices as needed on behalf of EC / CEO to coordinate activities Manages calendar for EC / CEO and company Facilitates inter-
department communications and coordinations Organizes and coordinates company events for CommiPlus and Launch Lab Consulting Creates lists for sourcing and / or market lists in prescribed format to assist with company activities Directly assists with sourcing in the field Conducts ocular visits for work and client sites Bachelor’s degree from a university 1-
2 years experience in corporate work structure Computer skills, including Google Drive spreadsheets Fluent spoken and written English skills Organizational and communication skills Desire to help build a growing company in support of the F&B industry
