Responsibilities :

Respond to customer’s inquiries about bookings, travel promos and reservations through email and chat.

Ensures that the customer’s request are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Responsible for handling and managing reservation and cancellations of bookings.

Resolve and provide solutions for misplaced or denied bookings

Recruitment Process :

Initial Interview

Interview with Chinese Native (Language Assessment)

Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder of any field

BPO Experience is a plus but not required
