What's on the menu for you to do
Develop the IMC strategy of your assigned vertical while keeping in mind the total brand's communications strategy
Ideate and pitch quarterly vertical-specific campaigns to drive business needs and marketing OKRs
Lead all vertical marketing communications campaigns across all comms channels like ATL, Activations, Social Media, PR and Online Branding in close coordination with other vertical IMC teams
Closely monitor campaign performance against OKRs, recommending step changes and enhancements as needed
Work closely with your vertical counterparts from both local and regional teams to ensure alignment of plans with business objectives
Work closely with third-party agencies during planning, execution and monitoring the performance of your vertical's marketing communications campaigns
Champion your vertical during routine alignments, plannings and reportings
Lead the development of all communication assets in coordination with the creatives and content teams
Manage your vertical's comms calendar including the social media calendar
Manage your vertical's brand media budget, ensuring efficiency and optimization in marketing cost and performance
Monitor and optimize performance across all marketing channels for your vertical
Lead and inspire a team of communication professionals, while guiding them in honing their own skills as associates
What do you bring to the table
3 - 5 years in the Marketing field, with experience in offline or online marketing, preferably in an agency, FMCG, Telco, Q-commerce or Agency setting
A graduate of any course in the field of communication and / or marketing
You are passionate and curious about all aspects of communications and know how to tell a compelling story
You are data-driven and analytical when it comes to measuring performance and providing insights
You have an in depth understanding of consumers
You are a creative, out of the box thinker and use this to your advantage when crafting marketing campaigns for your vertical
You have strong organizational and project management skills, are results-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
You are self-motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious
You are a concise and clear communicator with written and oral communications skills in English skewed towards lifestyle.
You are a team player and have experience managing a team
