TeleTech is seeking a Content Strategist to join our Enterprise Services team.

What you’ll be doing :

The Strategist’s core responsibility is to create compelling content on digital and traditional platforms. He / she is versed in business writing, creative storyboarding and mixed media, and will draw from agency best practices to develop content in partnership with the Creative and Digital Teams.

Content audit is a secondary expectation for the successful candidate.

Identifying the key objectives of each content, how will it be tracked and measured will also be an important part of the overall content strategy.

The content strategist oversees the creation and maintaining marketing calendars, guidelines, processes, frameworks and content integration plans.

The role may also be responsible for engaging with employees to discuss marketing related efforts, sending email blasts, creation of marketing programs and other marketing related efforts.

What you’ll bring to us :

  • Create a comprehensive content plan to support specific client recruiting goals within an assigned geography
  • Analyze reports to track the content effectiveness of each marketing channel
  • Develop content initiatives including the recommendation of innovative ad campaigns and promotions needed to support these plans and partnership with internal and external creative resources to design and produce these tools.
  • Act as a project manager for content creation by establishing deadlines, approving marketing concepts, and holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery.
  • Improve the key content success metrics associated with hiring goals including conversion rate, cost per hire, time to fill, and client satisfaction
  • Work with the corporate support teams and approved vendors to ensure the marketing campaigns and value propositions are appealing to the local market.
  • What skills you’ll need :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, any field.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and marketing channels
  • Flexibility in various work situations
  • Creative and innovative content ideas
  • Great interpersonal skill with candidates of all ages and backgrounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring
  • Strong email and oral communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Preferred

  • Two years minimum experience in content marketing and strategy
