Job Description:
• Analyze project requirements, assess cost and timeline, manage projects and deliver on time with expected quality
• Manage translation and localization projects using the crowdsourcing system
• Manage projects to collect machine learning data for our customers
• Create timelines and workflows customized for each project's specific content type, volume, languages and file formats
• Communicate regularly with customers and other departments regarding project details and deadlines
• Document processes and regularly suggest improvements for future iteration
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience in Translation/Localization company
• Ability to solve problems independently and proactively
• Ability to demonstrate a professional level of English business communication skills - written and verbal
• Agility when navigating ambiguity
• Ambition for professional growth
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and ability to learn new tools
• Ability to work remotely and abide by engagement and collaboration etiquette with globally located teammates in Lionbridge
• Proven track record of dependability and time management skills

• Experience working with language and exposure to international cultures, in a professional setting.
