IT SERVICE DESK LEVEL 1.5 (PROCESS SPECIALIST)
Infosys is looking for IT Service Desk Level 1.5 (Process Specialist) that will be based in BGC, Taguig City .
The Infosys Manila Delivery Centers located at Taguig and Alabang provide 24 / 7, voice and non-voice business process management services for clients in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
We continue to be the destination of choice for voice-based services, and front-office and back-office operations. Our offerings include Customer Services, Sales and Fulfillment, Finance and Accounting, and Sourcing and Procurement capabilities covering telecommunication, manufacturing, insurance, media and entertainment, and retail industries.
As IT Service Desk Level 1.5 (Process Specialist) , you are expected to possess the following : :
Bachelor's degree graduate; any field.
Must have atleast 3 years BPO experience in IT service desk
Working knowledge on Windows, Mac, ITSM, Network, Application and Infrastructure
Experience on Ticket Analysis and understanding issue trends
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in BGC.
