Draft copy and design ideas for new literature brochures, flyers, promotions, product labels;
Update and maintain website appearance
Ensure promotional materials are up to date and available by coordinating requirements with the sales team and external suppliers.
This includes monitoring inventory of promotional material, obtaining quotes from suppliers, obtaining approval from Australian office & placing of orders
Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns as directed by Sales Manager
Implement and maintain online marketing by using various forms of social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter -
blogging, discussion boards, wikis, RSS feeds, etc.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring social media program success
Keep up to date with technical articles and industry information that is relevant to client from social media and website interaction
Monitor competitor advertising programs
Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
Exceptional working knowledge of HTML, website design / coding, and data analytics software
Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or other related qualifications (desired)
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, and social media marketing
Creativity ability to create campaigns that grab attention
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite & Adobe Creative Cloud
Proficient user of technology, especially MYOB / Xero and MS office applications
Experience in data entry & admin tasks that require high levels of accuracy & attention to detail
Must be willing to handle morning schedule 7 : 00 AM MLA
