Work you will do

  • To lead and guide junior coordinators while managing the end-to-end recruitment administration tasks
  • Working with internal Talent Acquisition Team to understand their requirements on across different level hiring for the firm.
  • Good reporting and administration skills
  • Organizing and conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, offer processing and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Demonstrating a full understanding of, and responding to the needs of prospective candidates.

    If you are someone with :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of Administration and Coordination experience within the Talent Acquisition Function.
  • Able to work in a fast phased and high-volume environment.
  • Familiar with utilizing applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects / requisitions and candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
  • A team player and one with a good sense of humor.
