The role is primarily responsible for the end to end local strategy design, execution, and monitoring of the distribution impact office initiatives focused on acceleration of Life Advisors and Next Gen Leadership, in support of AIA’s Strategy.

  • Drive the acceleration of Life Advisors through development and execution of tools and training to strengthen value proposition, create awareness, increase attraction, equip recruiters, and candidate nurturing to increase scale.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor an end to end agent leadership ecosystem including the ff : Programs to strengthen entrepreneurial mindset, expansion focus, succession planning, and industry recruitmentDrive and standardize activity management for leaders through digital tools and usageInstitutionalize performance coaching
  • Works in partnership with the Field Team and Workstreams to drive execution on the ground
  • Support technology enablement for AIA Philam’s agency to become digitalized leaders and advisors in the areas of recruitment, productivity and activity management
  • Plan and implement agency growth strategies, provide feedback and recommend solutions as necessary
  • Development and implementation of adequate sales tools, materials and events to support agency recruitment and fast track leadership
  • Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
  • MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising / Media, Psychology or equivalent
  • With minimum 12 years work experience in sales corporate or its equivalent
  • With minimum 7 years’ work experience leading a sales distribution channel in a management capacity
  • Preferably with work background in life insurance industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills, solutions driven, highly analytical
  • Detail oriented, creative, ambitious, influential
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics, able to collaborate
