Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for assisting / handling customer’s inquiries, requests or complaints (IRC) either thru walk-in, phone-in or e-mail.
  • Monitors and tracks inbound IRCs and provide daily / weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinates with various departments to ensure that the customer’s concerns are being process on a timely manner.
  • Prepares and endorses buyer’s request form (BRF) for processing.
  • Provides immediate feedback to client relative to their inquiries, requests or complaints.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Job Qualifications :

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or Commerce or equivalent.
  • Has good service orientation
  • Flexible and can work with limited supervision.
  • Has good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Organized and can work under high pressure.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Easy to deal with and can work well with others.
  • Experience in Real Estate is an advantage.
  • Amenable working in Makati City, Philippines
