a.Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field
b.Minimum of 2 years relevant IT experience
d.Knowledgeable in Web Services such as SOAP-REST, etc.
e.Prior experience in ServiceNOW or other ITSM or ITOM platforms as a user, admin or developer
f.ServiceNow Admin Certification is a plus
g.Detailed knowledge of Service Desk processes and ITIL standards
