Monitor systems and install automated alerts.

Design, develop, and upgrade existing systems.

Responsible to monitor, assess, fix and upgrade system and application issues so that systems function uninterruptedly.

Provide tech support. answer requests for software and hardware support throughout the company and its various branch locations.

Perform preventative maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to prevent errors.

Troubleshoot hardware problems and find fixes for them. This work involves computers, phones, safes, printers, and all digital systems connected to the network.

In addition to handling hardware, system support specialists also test software programs for defects and bugs.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree; can accept fresh graduates if examination is excellent

Computer literate / MS Office

Quality assurance in terms of data handling is a plus but not a must

Good communication skills

Strong communication skills and strong logical thinking ability.

Microsoft Excel Skill (ex. Pivot, Vlookup)

Willing to work onsite at Robinsons Cybersigma, Mckinley West, Taguig

Willing to work 6 days a week

Ability to memorize details like product specifications.

Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.

Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours.

Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
