You will be part of Deloitte Southeast Asia’s talent acquisition team which delivers recruitment strategy and execution to our fast growing management consulting practice.

You will give the best in class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates.

  • Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions and the business.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and / or design a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to achieve demand.
  • Leverage recruiting knowledge, results and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on activities and programs.
  • Build a campus attraction and engagement strategy leveraging technology and social media channels in partnership with campus recruiters, senior management, internal marketing team including communications, social media and virtual recruitment opportunities and business stakeholders
  • Drive and communicate recruiting calendar and plan, school policies, deadlines (i.e. application, interviews), event details and logistics
  • Contribute to the overall strategy while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence

    If you are someone with :

  • Tertiary qualification from a respected institution.
  • 2+ years talent experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to step outside of comfort zone and try new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation.
  • Ability to embrace technology platforms and participate in our social media strategy across Deloitte businesses.
  • Proven Problem-solving and event-planning skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset.
  • Effective user of software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
