    Key responsibilities areas :

  • Answering queries and resolving issues from customers / clients
  • Diagnose hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues.
  • Assist end-users with their issues on hand and provide satisfactory service while maintaining company standards
  • Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
  • Key Competencies :

  • You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
  • You have experience with end-user devices and computer
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
