Key responsibilities areas :
Answering queries and resolving issues from customers / clients
Diagnose hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues.
Assist end-users with their issues on hand and provide satisfactory service while maintaining company standards
Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
Key Competencies :
You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
You have experience with end-user devices and computer
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
