Promotes and adheres to policies, procedures and instructions pertaining to Food Safety and Quality Management Systems such as : commitment and responsibility to food safety and quality, Prerequisite Programs, HACCP, compliance to regulatory requirements.
Conducts physico- chemical tests raw materials, work in process and finished products to ensure that specifications and standards are met, which is based on set frequency of testing based on the quality plan.
Identifies non-conformance from the finished product evaluation and informs concerned areas for investigation, correction and corrective action / preventive action.
Preferably with at least one year experience in Food Manufacturing industry with direct involvement to quality assurance / quality control activities.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology and other related fields.
Has the ability to plan the work in accordance to QA objectives and implementing project details.
Has knowledge in GMP and HACCP programs implementation.
Additional Information :
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
