About the Role : The Store Manager directly reports to the Senior Store Manager who handles multiple branches including her respective branch assignment.
Job Summary : Plan & direct the store operations.
Assess store condition and develop strategies to continuously improve customer service, achieve sales flow, increase profitability, execute policies & marketing programs relative to increase in sales and customer base.
Manage store operations requirements through optimum usage of resources in the store, in close monitoring, controlling of operational expenditures.
Maintain high level of store standard and condition at all times.
Key Responsibilities : Sales Target and Store Development
Responsible for planning, directing & implementing programs that will lead to attainment of sales targets and store development;
Introduce innovative ideas to increase market share;Customer Engagement
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport to actual and potential customers;
Provide high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent shopping experience; Merchandise and Inventory Control
Closely coordinate with Merchandising Department for complete merchandise mix & attainment of ideal stock level;
Monitor and control movement of stocks and secures merchandise by implementing security systems & control measures People Management
Coach, motivate, counsel & discipline team members
Plan & maintain performance and assesses productivity level & job results
