Duties :

Ensure the customer satisfaction and set the proper expectations with Customer Support

Respond and acknowledge customer's request and predict the risk and escalations based on customers statement

Requirements :

Must be a degree holder in any course.

At least 2 years of experience in supporting enterprise technologies.

Customer Service experience is preferred
