Job Description
Demonstrates and utilizes effective learning needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills
Can independently asses developed entry and advanced level courses for all leadership levels and provide feedback and direction to developers
Able to utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools
Certified Learning & Development Trainers on facilitation of newly developed curriculum
Facilitates employee skill development classes as needed
Revises / updates existing training materials for better training results
Validates effectiveness of training programs and recommends improvements to address identified opportunities / gaps

Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising / Media, Education / Teaching / Training or equivalent.
At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position : Team Management, designing, developing modules / curricula for behavioural / motivational, leadership training in Call center / BPO
Required skill(s) : Training, E-Learning applications, LMS.
Ability to conceptualize and develop training modules for employee competency development
Excellent training skills and strong grasp of adult learning principles
Expertise in learning objectives, process and framework, ms office application and application of various ID platforms (e-learning, page turners, Ims, etc.)
Ability to collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions based on historical and actual data
