PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Load resort inventory to CWA & IHC reservation system (Merlin)
  • Monitor inventory movement and open up and / or close down inventory allocation accordingly
  • Make reservations in the systems for inventory control purposes
  • Support and trouble-shoot on behalf of business units in relation to system (Merlin)
  • Flag enhancements and work requiring development for quoting and approval
  • Assist in system reviews and information for audits, status reports
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of system and use of testing environments to identify defects against test scripts
  • Assist in inventory forecast and payment for exchange transaction. Maintain appropriate balance between clubs.
  • Carry out other administrative functions as required
  • Track and award additional award activity in support of Sales Incentives, competitions, etc for finance costing in support of great customer experiences
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be affected by your conduct in the workplace
  • Develop innovative programs and strategies through collaboration with business units in field.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with the Business Units
  • Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties.
  • Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
  • Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.

  • KEY POSITION CRITERIA :

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the relevant areas. Experience with Wyndham business operations will be considered favourable
  • Relevant degree qualification is preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite especially Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated Count on Me! customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for the Wyndham brand.
  • Practiced time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of a business.
  • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of company / department policies and procedures, Club Wyndham Asia and IHC guidelines and regulations (per Governing Documents), and exchange company rules for the ability to ensure compliance for rental programs.
  • A background in hotel revenue management is advantageous.
