Job description

ANAROCK recently acquired a PropTech complany- ApnaComplex. ApnaComplex is one of Indias largest and fastest-growing PropTech disruptors within the Society & Apartment Management business.

The SaaS based B2C platform is headquartered out of Indias tech start-up hub, Bangalore, with branches in 6 other cities.

It currently empowers 3,600 Societies , managing over 5.50 Lakh Households in over 80 Indian cities to effortless manage all aspects of running large complexes seamlessly.

The organisation was also amongst the top ten solutions launched at the Product Launch pad at the NASSCOM Product Conclave in 2010 .

KRAs of the role :

  • Implementation of ApnaComplex Solution in Societies within a given time frame.
  • Training of all stakeholders in an apartment complex on ApnaComplex solution
  • Troubleshooting both Technical and usage related issues
  • Society Visits to ensure proper usage of the solution.
  • Plan and execute various marketing campaigns inside the societies to create awareness
  • The brand to increase penetration.
  • Share regular updates with customers to keep them informed about all activities or alteration initiated by ApnaComplex
  • Manage multiple societies at any point of time.
  • Requirements :

  • Good Communication skill
  • Any Graduate with 0.6 -1 year experience handling RWAs will be preferred
  • Owns a Two wheeler
  • Local language preference
  • Working on weekends
