This role leadsand supports both project management and marketing operations of GlobalConsumer Care (GCC). The role also operates as chief of staff of Head at GCCat 2nd Global Hub in the Philippines as the leader is based at its primary hubin USA.
The role requires extensive teamwork and global leadership working withboth local Philippines colleagues as well as nearly 80 people over 25countries.
This position will have responsibility for developing and managing key growth initiatives for GCC team. Major projects include : assisting in developing a strategy for the business unit and advancing a short and long-term plans.
Provide project management support to GCC members at Global Strategy & Solution (GSS) team as well as all regions NA / LATAM / EMEA / APAC if required
Critical strategic initiatives such as free trade zone (FTZ) GCC strategy and establishing and enhancing 2nd Hub marketing support model.
Assist GSS team’s efforts around modernize CX and develop and deliver marketing solutions to delight our consumers and driving consumer demand & sales via consumer engagement
Play a pivotal role in transforming business support model to exponentially win in key markets for key brands, in particular, in the area of all marketing support possibilities from GCC
Develop a robust GCC department rally-cry story / deck and always up-to-date for GCC leadership's roadshow
Assist and where possible lead global GCC events such as LT, Town Hall, and other team and cultural building efforts
4-year degree inbusiness related field or equivalent.
A minimum of five years work experience with a minimum of two years of progressive marketing and / or project management experience
Work experience in consumer package goods is preferred
Some experience in the post-market environment, including but not limited to complaint vigilance and pharmacovigilance preferred but not required
Physical Demands :
Ability to work during US Eastern Time hours for initial transition period, and also willing to flex work schedule given the global nature of the role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Fluency in English and good aptitude & interpersonal skills to effectively comprehend people who speak / write / read English as 2nd language with various accents / nuances across the globe
Candidates must have great communication and organization skills. In particular great PowerPoint builder is highly preferred.

Results-oriented with a willingness to take initiatives and get things done fast with sense of urgency
Must have exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects with shifting and conflicting priorities and deadlines
People management skills or experience is not required, but must show strong interest in building the capability via coaching junior colleagues
