Oversee projects to ensure completion based on given timelines and monitor teamperformance, SLA / KPI, and utilization
Responsible for strategic decision making and prioritization based on urgency,reworks, and other unexpected issues
Communicate with designers, coordinators, printers, and Brand Managers throughemail
Guide a team of designers, delegate design tasks based on individualcompetencies, and assign back-up for unexpected absences
Review and improve the current process and handle escalations by connectinginvolved parties, conducting investigations, and identifying action points
Screen and interview for hiring and onboard new employees with equipment,licenses, and accesses
Support the team in handling production, in case needed
