The representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and services, and resolving customer issues.

The representative must have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with customers.

  • 4 year course graduates with or without work experience.
  • Completed 2 years in college with 6 months work experience (Customer service experience). Above average English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Basic knowledge with MS Office
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
