Client Solutions Manager Demand and Solutions Management Team by contributing to the development and refinement of the Company’s growth and vision strategies.
Reporting to the APAC / Global Sr. Client Solutions Manager, this role requires a good knowledge of GWK’s services and Shared service model, as well as ability to coordinate multiple projects and adjust to the requirements of the business as priorities change.
A positive attitude and ability to take ownership of deliverables are key attributes for this role. Job Responsibilities
Assists in gathering requirements from the client partners for design and solutions purposes.
Participates in crafting, developing, and executing intentional solutions campaign strategies targeting prospective clients.
Assists with value proposition creation, the development of corporate diversification considerations and new / existing client strategies.
Plays a role in coordinating business case development and deal solutioning.
Ensure maintenance of accurate and updated database of all existing and potential accounts to assist identification of needs.
Use this information for planning and implementation of programs.
In collaboration with the Sr. Client Solutions Manager in drafting a contract based on the Company’s provided template and guidelines for new accounts and renewal.
Maintain a contract repository with a contract management tool.
Provides support to the team for client visits on site.
Attends on-site / virtual internal and client meeting (as needed)
Assist with other demand and solutions administration responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
At least 2 years relevant experienced is required
Previous experience and general industry knowledge and understanding of Shared services
Demonstrated experience in preparing solutions presentations and RFP response process
Understanding on different commercial / pricing models
Strong communication and listening skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal English communication skills
Proficient in PC applications especially in Microsoft program - Excel and Power Points
Attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and think independently to get a task complete
Exceptional relationship skills. Able to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate and deliver on projects within a set timeframe
Desire to learn new things, manage multiple priorities and adapt to a complex and rapidly changing business environment
Willing to work on a temporary work from home set-up and open for possible shift schedule (as needed)
Role Location & reporting This role is based in Manilla and reports to the APAC / Global Sr. Client Solutions Manager who is based in Manila.
The successful applicant will work from the CBRE Manila office and will have the option to discuss flexible working at the time of appointment.
