Independent management of daily operational responsibilities pertaining to Crew Operations
Knowledge and understanding of Crew Documentation requirements of Maersk-Filipinas Crewing, Inc. clients with reference to its Crew Selection Criteria and Certificates / Documents Matrices.
Ensure MAPS and ProArc are updated and maintained with relevant documents, certificates, reports and agreements
Plan crew changes and coordinate with concerned parties for its effective implementation when necessary.
Ensuring that all planned embarkation is delivered on time and only suitable crew holding complete, valid and original documents are embarked in compliance with the standards set forth by MFCI, its clients, as well as by the national and international statutory and mandatory rules and regulations governing the employment of crew to board ships under International Flags.
Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, SOPs and Key Performance Indicators.
Implementing embarkation and disembarkation procedures as reflected in the SOPs and the Accountability Matrix agreed with Maersk Line Ship Management.
Active participation in Process improvement drive to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Customer Relationship Management - working closely with and actively developing MFCI relationship with all stakeholders
Service Delivery Improvement - providing progress of the activities performed
Achieve customer satisfaction - reflecting in formal review channels such as the SEES and Stakeholders Review.

Relevant professional work experience in the field of ship management, particularly marine HR and crewing operations.
Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical and resourceful and enjoys taking initiatives to improve work processes.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, innovative and a good team player.
A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
