The Business Analyst works collaboratively with the team members, cross-functional groups and clients to gather, analyze, prioritize, document, and visualize project needs and requirements.
Projects typically consist of reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
Manage reporting and business intelligence projects for various teams and clients across the company. Primary responsibilities include the collection, analysis, planning, recording and envisioning projects requirements.
Break down business requirements into specific steps using BPMN.
Works with development teams to explain and clarify the business requirements and rationale to help create solutions that would meet business needs.
Creates and maintains thorough and accurate functional and technical documentation.
Coordinates testing by preparing required test plans / matrices and executing functional and system integration testing of an application.
Ensure issues are identified, tracker, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
Track the progress of a project from start to finish.
Communicates effectively to all levels of the management to report project status.
Independently undertake projects of a complex nature and ad-hoc requests as required.
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 2 years’ worth of relevant experience in BPO Information Systems as a reports / data / business / process analyst
Must not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action
Must be flexible to change shift as needed regular shift will be Mon-Fri, rotating Day / Mid shift
Must be willing to render overtime and work on the weekends as necessary
Must be amenable to work during Philippine holidays
Advanced BPMN Skills (MS Visio)
Advanced Presentation Skills (MS PowerPoint)
Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel
Background in SQL, Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI
Has experience in creating and documenting process documentation and manuals
Has experience in designing, testing and implementing business processes
Has experience in communicating and interacting with all levels of management and operations.
Has experience in reports preparation
