Your mission

  • Conduct complex data analysis and adhoc reports to support reward design decisions and benchmarking
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for Avaloq’s job architecture and grading system : advising the business and HR in job grading-related requests, govern, maintain and adjust our job landscape and evaluate new jobs
  • Manage Avaloq’s global award program end-to-end including budget monitoring, answering customer queries, reporting and approval coordination
  • Coordinate global annual salary review and bonus process
  • Support innovative projects to further develop our compensation & benefits packages
  • What you need :

  • Exposure to compensation in the areas of merit pay programs, retention and bonus plans, and salary surveys etc
  • Knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies.
  • Used to act in a global matrix environment managing multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Outstanding command of Excel and PowerPoint; expertise with Analysis for office / BI / BEX / macros preferred, ability to provide insights / analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements and resolve complex matters.
  • Strong organizational / prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, and the initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
