Summary of Role :

We are looking for a Senior Digital Coordinator to work in our rapidly growing Manila team . You must have a strong background in active construction Building Information Modelling (BIM) Project Management experience.

You will closely interact with both Digital Engineering and Digital Modelling Teams and understand their workflows and processes to be able to facilitate them through the help of automation and application of innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the project team to high performance project scope delivery.

In charge of the task management.

Accountable for project deliverables and project success and will be required to actively lead and review project related delivery and commercial responsibilities.

Supported by the Regional Director of Delivery and Regional DE Leads, actively seek feedback from Clients and Project teams internal and external for project delivery versus agreed scope and service expectation.

Provide strategic advice on the best practice of communication and collaboration systems within Manila and other regions.

Manage, define, and review the DE Documentation standards and procedures.

Provide strategic input to DE Leads Global ensuring that all projects are using the best technology and workflows between offices to increase quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Carry out one-to-one performance reviews with the Manila DE Team members.

Mentor and provide guidance to the Manila DE Team in understanding and implementing company’s standards and best practices.

Support the Regional Director of Delivery in planning and coordinating Training for the DE Team.

Support the Global Digital Engineering Team including BIM / VDC coordination and management, Digital Twin delivery, asset management, and digital handover of construction asset data.

Develop use cases that will drive increased productivity, efficiency and reduce risk in delivery.

  • Assist project teams in Digital project setup. Regular tasks that will be requested as part of the Digital Coordinator Role can be summarised as follow :
  • o Federation of project models generally from a variety of software’s.

    o Assessment and analytics of model contents and quality regarding coordination, model construction, data implementation and compliance to the digital strategy.

    o Contribute to the generation of reports and summaries including Model audits, coordination / clash detection reports, data audits.

    o Create visualisations from models of data extraction modules auditing purposes and communication purposes.

    o Opportunities will also be provided to contribute to strategy development.

    Provide feedback and suggestions to the Willow software development team

    Skills & Experience Required :

    Bachelor level degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

    Minimum 6 years' experience in the construction or engineering consulting industry.

    Experience working on large-scale multi-discipline building and / or infrastructure projects.

    Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.

    Demonstrated experience in construction BIM coordination and BIM management.

    Demonstrated experience to present and meet with clients.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to work autonomously.

    Ability to network and train others.

    Very strong demonstrated capability in the use of key BIM authoring and review software.

    Proficient use of Digital technology including file interoperability and information exchange processes.

    Knowledge of emerging industry technologies and where these can be applied.

    Must be willing to travel as occasional international travel may be required.
