Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
At least 1-year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
With knowledge of HR functions(pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proven experience as an HR Officer.
Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent English communication(both written and verbal)
Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
Potential to handle a leadership role.
