To proactively drive growth of the SchneiderElectric IT Business by effectively building relationship with namedchannels / accounts.
Increase the channel coverage by keeping focused interactionwith key partner accounts, while maintaining a keen eye for partners with salespotential.
To develop new channel accounts, to convert competitive ones and toreactivate dormant accounts with a strong focus on increasing APC by SchneiderElectric market share.
To be a single point of contact for the countryof support in executing action plans that will animate the sales channel,through efficient downstream communication.
Communicateeffectively with key sales stakeholders both internal and external;
Workand collaborate with internal customers whilst being managed locally;
Offersales and a degree of technical support to all our customers and partners;
Becomea SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and whenever needed or applicable SME (SubjectMatter Expert) for all the external customers;
Answerincoming "Sales Related" calls and proactively qualify salesopportunities;
Selland co-ordinate small and mid-size projects to close;
Promptand professional handling of all customer enquiries, claims and complaints;
Buildrelationships across functions and organizational boundaries to solve customerchallenges;
Schedulemeetings for external sales teams;
Beproactive and propose improvement ideas and action plans;
Maintainand expand on contacts within existing trading accounts;
Developtechnics or learn new technics to approach the assigned customer / partner base;
Proactive(including cold) call into our customer base;
Own / Followup on leads received from Marcom activities passed to the channel;
Accurateutilization of CRM tools in accordance with company guidelines for self andexternal sales organization;
Utilizedatabase to run reports for individuals or sales teams;
Extractand review data for accuracy and sales improvement;
Understandingof key technologies and customers specifying appropriate products / solutionswith customer value propositions;
Drivenew partner recruitment and development of Registered and Select partners.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree requested;
1-3 years of experience in Customer relations / Sales function;
Be a sales person at heart;
Experience of the IT industry preferable;
Fluency in English is required;
Perfect command of English language;
PC skills (MS Windows & Office, CRMs, ERPs);
Technical background, ability to learn, understand and present newproduct ranges in full (including software);
Proven ability to perform proactively on own initiative, as wellas in a team environment;
Ability to organize tasks efficiently towards achieving specifiedgoals, able to define and prioritize specific goals and objectives;
Clearly present written, oral and visual information and influenceothers while building rapport and credibility; Strong will to compete and win and achieve in businessenvironment.
