Position : Project Development Officer II

Salary Grade : 15 (Php 24,887.00)

Location : Marinduque, Romblon

A. CSC Prescribed QS

Education : Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

Training : 1 year of relevant experience

Experience : 4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)Second Level Eligibility

B. Preferred Qualifications (Competency-based)

Education : Bachelor's degree in Management or Public Administration, and other related fields

Training : At least 4 hours training related to data gathering and analysis, information management, monitoring and evaluation, community / social development, research or project management

Experience : At least one year experience related to project monitoring and evaluation, management, report writing or information systems management

Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)Second Level Eligibility

Others : Proficiency in MS Office applications-word,excel,powerpoint

  • Job Summary : Under general super vision, provides technical assistance to proponents; coordinates development of social welfare programs;
  • submits recommendation and proposals on programs integration and implementation; monitors implementation of programs; evaluate externally funded projects;
  • and does other related work.

    Job Outputs :

  • Create a detailed work plan for the implementation of the Sustainable Livelihood Program in his / her assigned municipality / ies
  • Forge partnerships with key stakeholders that will help ensure the viability and sustainability of microenterprises that will be established and create a job network of locally available employment opportunities.
  • The following stakeholders should be prioritized : LGU, field staff of national government agencies, business establishments, microfinance institutions, socio-

    civic organizations, civil society organizations, people’s organizations, academe, faith-based groups and other volunteers.

  • Identify, profile, organize and train the program beneficiaries for the establishment of market-oriented microenterprises and referral to employment opportunities
  • Provide technical assistance to the beneficiaries and partner stakeholders in implementing sustainable livelihood initiatives through the Community Driven Enterprise Development
  • Monitor the implementation of the program outputs at the beneficiary and community levels through the use of the different monitoring and evaluation tools provided by the Central Office
  • Prepare and submit reports and other documents required
  • Function as a member of the DSWD Municipal Action Team together with the other field staff of the Pantawid Pamilya, KALAHI-
  • CIDSS and Sustainable Livelihood (participate in all the meetings of the MAT, develop a Municipal Action Plan and perform assigned duties as agreed in MAT meetings)

  • Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the supervisor
