Responsibilities :

Handling inquiries via call or email regarding the company processes and guidelines

Responsible in translating inquiries from Japanese to English and vice versa

Maintain computer and manual filing systems

Requirements :

Open for Native Japanese Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese

Open for N1, N2, N3, Passer / Level

Good in verbal and written communication in Japanese and English

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools literate
