Job Description

  • Account Management / Marketing Coordination
  • Be the first point of contact’ between the agency and the client. Includes regular client liaison by phone, Skype and email.
  • Coordinate and deliver all marketing related activity for the Client in accordance with their annual marketing plan, budget and branding guidelines.
  • Delegate to and coordinate the TEAM of in-house creative staff to deliver all marketing activity (Graphic Designer, Content Writer, Web Developer, Other).
  • Manage the Client’s social media channels and calendar.
  • Manage the Client’s EDM campaign (Electronic Direct Mail), typically MailChimp.
  • Coordinate Client expos and conferences.
  • Engage with and manage all external contractors and service providers.
  • Coordinate and fulfil all media buying (print and digital advertising).
  • Manage and maintain the Client’s website (WordPress) via the back-end CMS ( Content Management System).
  • Client CRM administration and ongoing maintenance, as well as logging all marketing campaign activity.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the Client’s graphics standards and branding guidelines across all materials / platforms.
  • General design and editing of all Client’s marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, proposal templates, presentations, etc.
  • Regular (monthly) KPI reporting to the Client.
  • Requirements

  • Degree or similar qualification in Marketing, Business and / or Communications
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar B2B marketing role, in a similar organisation (preferably a marketing agency)
  • Experience coordinating marketing plans and campaigns - on time and on budget
  • Experience working in marketing teams and delegating to internal / external contractors
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or Hubspot preferred), Pardot and Campaign Manager experience desirable.
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Knowledge and experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Adwords / Analytics, and social media LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube
  • Experience with EDM campaign platforms, e.g. Mailchimp.
  • An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Event coordination experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
