Job Description

The Customer Service Associate will assist the trainers who need help through IM or e-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and / or with the TL's guidance.

He / She will also assist Learning Consultants, and learners worldwide.

Main Responsibilities (Key Result Areas) :

  • Working on the assigned tasks (by the Helpdesk Team Leader or QA) or processes
  • Assisting trainers who need help through IM or E-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and / or with the TL's guidance.
  • Providing assistance to Customer Relationship Managers (in Europe and Asia)
  • Filling out forms necessary to complete the process
  • Updating individual piloting tools for time tracking purposes
  • Attending trainings given by HD QA
  • Being professional in handling department clients
  • Other responsibilities :

  • Attending meetings if necessary
  • Other tasks assigned by manager or Team Leader
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field;
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, Google Docs and Open Office;
  • Must be Internet savvy;
  • Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Must be responsible, disciplined, and highly organized;
  • Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure;
  • Must have the ability to type fast;
  • Has good customer service skills;
  • Ability to multi-task is a plus;
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and on holiday (graveyard shift);
  • Must be willing to work in Eastwood City, QC;
