Job Description

As a Technical Support Associate , you will assist customers with concerns regarding their accounts. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs over the phone.

  • Can provide answers to client’s inquiries by identifying problems through probing and proper tools utilization.
  • Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities and demonstrating a willingness to learn
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer Service orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Completed at least 2nd year in college
  • High School graduates with at least 6 months to 1-year call center experience
  • No Call Center Experience Required
