Responsible for supporting the business in achieving the objectives of the portfolio and project management function. This will involve working closely with head of project management office to help define, implement and continually improve project management processes, standards and governance across the business, and having the experience of implementing PMO processes and or Participating in Project Management role, along with superb communication skills to work various teams to develop and implement project governance structure that is the best fit for the business.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Experience working as a PMO specialist, and or participating in projects and implementationof project management and PMO processes from the bottom up.
Considerable understanding of project management methodologies, such as Prince2,Agile and or PMP.
Experience of data analysis and generating business focused project reports and demand activities from other OPCO’s.
Experience in commercial, financial and business acumen.
Participating in govern multiple projects with conflicting priorities, tracking, reviewing and reporting changes.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
3+ years’ experience inproject management / delivery in the telecommunication & network field.
Strong background in project management practices and activities.
Track record of successful delivery of telecom / network projects.
Proven international experience delivering projects across various countries using multicultural teams.
Strong experiencein using MS Office Advanced, Remedy, EVO, SharePoint, and other project management tools preferred for service management.
Key performance indicators :
Delivering projects on time within agreed budget and quality, while fulfilling the requirements and expectations agreed with stakeholders.
Customers’ satisfaction measured by partners and customer’s regular satisfaction survey get NPD score 9 / 10.
Delivering through people while maintaining a high team moral andhappy project environment, to be measured by regular satisfaction survey with projects’ teams.
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
Bachelor degree in business / electronic / telecommunications engineering.
ITIL or Prince 2 certificate is a big Plus
Lean Six Sigma certificate is preferable
