Attends to the needs of clients regarding insurance
Coordinates with various underwriting departments regarding proposals, claims, and other underwriting needs of clients
Collects premium payments
Develop new clients
Prepares production and collection budget for Brokers section
Prepares, submit and explain reports to the Company President
Supervise line personnel
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related course.
With at least two to three years of experience as Sales Manager in a non-life insurance company
Three to five years of sales experience in a non-life insurance
With proven track record of positive sales performance
With strong communication skills
Goal driven to create and implement a sales plan
Eager to meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
Must know how to analyze sales data, presentation skills
Must have a given talent in management, leadership skills, mentoring and coaching subordinates
