Facebook is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager, Games Partnerships (Philippines) to develop, manage and maintain strategic relationships with our key partners and creators across the gaming vertical.

The Strategic Partner Manager will ensure that these important relationships meet the strategic objectives of partners and Facebook driving adoption of Gaming Video, Instant Games and SDK implementation and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Partner Managers are the face of Facebook to our external relationships and get to work with some of the world’s largest and most exciting companies and startups.

This position is based at Singapore office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive local execution of growth initiatives for gaming related services on Facebook

Develop and drive strategies to scale product adoption and product features for emerging talents and video creators

Ensure the success of gaming creators on Facebook through consultations and scaled training methods

Establish best practices and educate new partners on how to optimize performance and community building

Be an internal advocate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Communications

Track and manage our emerging talent partnerships flow and analyze its impact on the Facebook platform.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BA / BS degree, min +5 years game / IT / entertainment / platform / media / e-sports industry in Asia region

Proven record of analyzing data, developing business and modelling process, etc.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Facebook

Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of management

Understanding of Facebook products and social media / community landscape

Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment around managing partners

Fluent in English & Tagalog as this person will be working closely with partners based in Philippines
