Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Processes and interviews prospective employees for Corporate or Business Support positions.
  • Determines appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing.
  • Partners with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow.
  • Supports retention-building activities to achieve and maintain retention goals.
  • Supports Recruiting Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities.
  • Collaborates with operations, learning and clients in recruitment process improvement plans.
  • Ensures that performance of the Recruiters are on track.
  • Education

    Bachelor’s college degree and / or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR or general business.

    Experience Target

  • At least five (5) years of successful recruiting experience for Support personnel preferably in a high volume, fast paced customer-focused environment.
  • Call center experience strongly preferred.
  • At least 6 months recruitment supervisory experience.
  • Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills including strong verbal and effective written communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects / tasks.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Behavioral based / targeted selection interviewing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong people management skills for internal and external clients.
  • Knowledge / Abilities

  • Proven ability to successfully recruit nonexempt associates to maintain retention and meet demands of high volume recruiting needs.
  • Demonstrated success as a business partner to leadership in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
  • Ability to develop effective business relationships both internally.
  • Ability to influence others and present a positive company image.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt practices and techniques to changing priorities and issues while maintaining compliance over employment program.
  • Demonstrated personal drive and operates with a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborative work style essential.
