What this job involves :

Job Summary

To deliver the highest standard of reporting and servicing for clients and internal stakeholders, to ensure that all delivery, reporting and invoicing deadlines are met, providing superior quality and execution and adherence to defined processes.

Build, maintain and grow successful relationships with our internal partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Liaison / Coordinate between the Website authoring team and clients submitting requests facilitating communication.
  • Ensure delivery deadlines are met, communications and interactions with client for managing workflow and aligning delivery timeline.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures, Managing the workflow for the authoring team. Understands and able to enforce processes for the team.
  • Help to prioritize responsibilities for the team with alignment with the client.
  • Resolve problems and escalate as needed
  • Review work prepared team, ensuring that accurate records are maintained for all clients
  • Responding to queries from stakeholders and clients, management of complaint.
  • Ensure all activities within the team are performed accurately, timely and efficiently
  • Escalate and flag any likelihood of failure to complete processes by deadlines, maintain and update the team issues log.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are followed consistently and highlight necessary amendments
  • Maintain and keep record of all activity status and necessary reports for clients and Manage projects related to transition of work to our team, account and strategy onboarding, continuous improvement initiatives, report automation, and any other firm initiatives
  • Accountable for time and resource management of the team

  • 6-8 years of experience in client servicing
  • Experience working in a Marketing / Communications agency set up
  • Experience in project / workflow management tools like : Workfront, Wrike, JIRA etc.
  • Flawless writing and proofreading skills
  • Experience in Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) Ideal candidate will be adaptable to new tools as per business requirement
  • CAPM / PMP Certification
  • Understanding of Content Management Systems like Adobe AEM, Wordpress etc.
  • Prior experience in MnCs and global roles
  • Prior experience of work with global and international clients is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and flair for new media
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with problem solving approach and should be able to manage multiple projects and simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Must be a self-starter, but also a team player with the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast paced, matrix and customer service oriented environment
