BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE The Distributor Strategy Executive (DSE) is responsible for the overall profitability of the distributors and designs the optimal distributor business model to support the company strategy for the organization.
The DSE is the watch tower of all policies that govern the company’s relationship with the distributor and sets the framework on how the distributor should conduct their business.
The DSE also uses a disciplined project management approach to recommend and deploy various distributor development solutions.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Forecasts how current events and plans impact the financial model of the distributor and recommends win-win interventions to protect the integrity of the distributor business model Networks across the organization to keep all policies updated and designs / deploys the structural interventions to enable compliance to these policies Designs the operating model, financial model and reward model of the distributors Identifies and engages stakeholders and owns the governance of change / transformation management Connects with relevant individuals / teams locally and globally to be able to move distributor development projects forward and deliver on-time and in-full Spearheads the annual Company Awards Night where the outstanding distributors and AAA partners from all over the Philippines are being recognized.
