The Sales Associate is in charge of ensuring growth and development of the account and ensuring proper and on-time execution of all marketing strategies and activities of the company.

Product Inventory Management
As a Sales Associate in Focus Global, Inc., you will have the chance to :
Enhances CG sales team accomplishments and competence by : Planning delivery of solutions with Sales ManagerAnswering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team membersProcess improvementsMentoring team members
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, etc.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trade conventions / events; reviewing professional publications;
establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Provides historical data by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
College graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
With at least 1 year work experience in sales or account management
Amenable to do fieldwork nationwide (by schedule)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Nice to have : Experience in home furnishing or FMCG account management.
Preferably knows how to drive, but not required
