Job Description This role requires a savvy and experienced integrated marketer to create a powerful and differentiated candidate experience for the company.

Candidates must have a deep understanding of consumer marketing and talent intelligence with expertise using digital and social channels to attract targeted profiles to apply to the company.

The company is growing at unprecedented levels with hiring targets nearing 100,000 new joiners per year across the company.

  • Recruitment Marketing is one of the few areas where true “B to C” marketing takes place. This position will help develop and lead the companyâ€
  • 153;s global recruitment marketing strategy for the company across all audience segments (graduates, experienced hires, managing director, diverse candidates, alumni), integrating with the company'
  • s M&C; and Talent Acquisition teams to inform strategies, and geographic recruitment marketing teams to ensure proper execution in target geographies.

  • The role requires execution of analytics efforts in areas specific to the business function and industry of focus, for example : Demand forecasting Aggregate planning Supply chain / capacity management (Sourcing channels) Digital analytics Identify and recommend process improvements based on results of analytics work Utilize tools and algorithms for data to develop business data insights Design quantitative and qualitative research approaches / programs and design surveys Conduct study of central tendency, dispersion, skewness and kurtosis of nominal & ordinal (non-metric), interval & ratio (metric) data Responsible for statistical inference of data through estimation techniques and hypothesis testing Gather business intelligence for decision making Ensures alignment with the company'
  • s positioning, branding and recruiting strategy. Remains abreast of changes in marketing, technology and changing target audience behavior to inform strategies that reach candidates who have the required specialized skills and capabilities.

    Focus is on driving awareness of the company as an employer of choice, increasing engagement with candidates and their influencers and sourcing quality CVs to help the Talent Acquisition team achieve hiring demand targets.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Work with Strategy, HR Leadership, Recruitment Marketing to define the company's digital campaigns across all audience segments (graduates, experienced hires, managing director, diverse candidates, alumni), working with the company'
  • s M&C; contacts, global recruiting leads, geographic recruitment marketing teams, HR and internal communications. Drive design and implementation of highly effective, results-driven talent research strategies and practices for domestic and international global research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.

    Use labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies and translate this to a fact based recommendation to the hiring team, manager or internal stakeholders Manage and distribute relevant articles, analyst reports and other industry competitive intelligence for extended ecosystem.

    Discovering and exploiting new, efficient, effective and sustainable candidate channels to meet current and future leadership talent Establish an internal recruitment market intelligence team that provides reports, insights, and proposes action plans to the Strategic Sourcing lead Ensures integration of all sourcing channels including digital, social and alumni network as part of our marketing mix.

    Analyzes MI data reports and provides recommendations to the recruitment sourcing leadership team aimed to effectively attract and engage passive niche skilled talent and convert them to hires.

    Analyze trends and skills of the future and make recommendation on how the company will stay on its leadership position.

    Job Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course

    Must have at least 6-7 years relevant work experience

    Must have at least 2 years experience in Data Visualization (High Proficiency)

    PREFERRED SKILLS :

    Advanced Excel (Macro)

    SPSS, R, Tableau, Statistical Tools
