SUMMARY OF ROLE
SunPower is seeking a Senior Commercial Technical Support Engineer to provide world class customer care for our Commercial Dealers and Customers (Direct and Indirect) in North America.
Senior Technical Support Engineer reports to the Team Lead CVAR and Commercial Direct and caters excellent customer satisfaction, problem solving and resolution support.
The Senior Commercial TSE will help with the daily operations of the Commercial Technical Support team to meet the required deliverables and metrics.
