Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage Service Delivery Onboarding team including setting performance objectives, monitoring service level execution, and maintaining cost effective delivery of service
  • Managing Service Delivery functions : pre-employment requirements, pre-employment medical exam, background verification results
  • Work on a daily basis to manage workload, in a dynamic environment to maximize productivity and efficiencies
  • Conduct 1 : 1 meetings regularly with direct reports utilizing the prescribed meeting outline plan which includes standard audit tools in order to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery and use of time as well as coaching, motivating and directing
  • Conduct team meetings weekly with direct reports utilizing the meeting framework as outlined by Sr Manager. Assess team members and build development plans utilizing for team members in order to foster growth in each role.
  • Encourages recruiters to be an active participant in their own development. Provide guidance to team members on their career development plans UHG tools and philosophies

  • Promote employee engagement through weekly team meetings and communications. Assist team members in understanding the strategies behind RS initiatives.
  • Work with Director to determine and execute actions to improve engagement as measured by Vital Signs

  • Accountable for providing training, advice and counsel to recruiters and line leadership to team on day-to-day issues relating to the execution of their respective recruiting workload and needs
  • On a monthly basis, debrief Sr Manager on adherence to process and policies
  • Ability to clearly articulate the Employee Value Proposition at all times when communicating with candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Ensures team members are consistently messaging the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) during the recruitment process and in broader interactions with stakeholders.

    Provides useful examples of how EVPs can be linked to daily conversations with HMs and candidates. Link EVPs to topics discussed in team meetings

  • Ensures that pre-employment checks such as medical exam and background checks are fulfilled as part of the recruitment process
  • Coordinates with HR Operations, Human Capital, and Employee Relations on transactions related to onboarding of new hires and background check validation
  • Acts as the main point of contact to the Taleo Management Systems Team
  • Builds relationship to Recruitment Managers and ensure that Onboarding team is aligned with the hiring requirements, activities, and processes specific to their line of business
  • Manages candidate experience activities and keep warm initiatives. Provide process improvements / new techniques in ensuring candidates are satisfied with the recruitment process
  • Process / technology process adoption reinforced through team coaching and regular audits of process and technology compliance.
  • Use weekly reports to spot audit core adoption and compliance

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and / or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and / or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and / or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
  • The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

    Required Qualifications :

  • BS / BA degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in pre & actual onboarding
  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good level proficiency with making cold calls and profiling skill sets and motivations of prospective candidates
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Preferred Qualification :

  • Supervisory / managerial experience
