As part of our offshore recruitment team, you will be supporting multiple companies in the United States and Canada for their recruitment and hiring efforts.
Responsibilities : - Create and maintain job postings through international job boards for US-based corporations- Assess potential jobseekers through interviews and examinations following the recruitment-
cycle- Maintain candidate relationship from sourcing to onboarding- Regularly coordinate with offshore clients for business and hiring demands Requirements : -
Open for career-shifters with relevant BPO experience- Experience in an HR Recruitment role is an advantage, but not required-
