What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks :
Provide post-sales customer service and / or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers.
Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.
Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 years in college.
Must have 6 months B2B experience and 2.5 years of solid customer service or technical support experience in a voice account.
With at least 3 years of cumulative BPO experience handling voice, email, and chat.
Preferably with Online Advertising experience.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
