In this role, you will be working closely with Head of Operations to develop a smooth and seamless onboarding process for customers.
You will also liaise with cross-functional teams to collect data and provide feedback in order to enhance the product.
You will be responsible for analysing operation processes and ensure that is it customer oriented, identifying any current / potential issues, resolving these issues or directly them to the relevant team and conducting follow-up.
You will be involved in defining metrics that will be used to assess operation standards. You will be expected to provide regular customer insights and participate in ideation sessions.
You have a Degree and 1 year experience in an Operations or similar role, ideally within Financial Services. Fresh graduates who are hardworking and strong willingness to learn are welcome to join! You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and are known to be able to build long-lasting relationships.
You are a self-driven individual, with ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently!
