We are seeking a Fresh Graduate / Entry Level IT applicant for a Junior IT Support Engineer role to join our growing team! You'll have to be a fast learner, can quickly adapt, be able to think outside of the box and handle phone calls to remotely help our clients based in Australia.
We will be providing on the job training and future certifications Microsoft Windows / Server / Office365 and other cloud technologies.
You will be working for an established Australian IT Company. We, currently work with over 200 Australian small businesses providing IT support across Microsoft Windows / Server / Office365 / Security and other cloud technologies.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound phone calls
Comprehension of problems reported, technical and business impact and provide solutions or workarounds
Ability to learn new technologies fast and be involved in managing networking systems (training provided)
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with user issues
Ability to understand Microsoft Products and Services
Other Ad-hoc tasks as required
Ability to communicate well in English orally and in writing
Excellent organizational skills and flexible working capacity
Ability to troubleshoot computer / windows issues
Ability to set up windows computer and Microsoft office
Ability to work flexible schedules outside normal business hours when required
Impeccable physical presentation
Confidence interacting with clients of all nationalities
Willingness to grow in the role and learn new skills on the job
